How Does Credit Repair Work?

You have the right to dispute anything on your credit report that appears to be inaccurate, outdated, erroneous or unverifiable…that’s the law. All creditors are obligated to prove the information on your credit report is accurate and correct any and all violations of the law.

If a creditor is unable to perform under the strict guidelines of the law, they must remove the account from your credit report.

All Credit Reports Contain Violations, Including Yours

The United States government began writing laws to protect you from creditors and the credit bureaus beginning in the 1960’s. Today there are dozens of state and federal laws creditors and credit bureaus have a difficult time following.

An account such as a collection, charge off, tax lien, short sale, foreclosure, auto repossession, even a bankruptcy can contain dozens of violations making it inaccurate, outdated, erroneous, or unverifiable. In other words…illegal

We use these laws to legally and permanently remove items from your credit report.

Many of our clients see a significant improvements in their credit report and score within 90 to 157 days!

What if the items on your credit report are REALLY YOURS?

Illegal items must be deleted – NO QUESTIONS

When our team of seasoned Dispute Profesionals and dispute processors examine your credit report we’ll identify the violations and create a detailed written dispute on your behalf.

To make it challenging for the creditor we’ll provide them with the specific state or federal law they’re violating, why they must remove the item, and the legal consequences established by case law if they don’t respond immediately.

Your credit can be fixed in months. NOT 7 YEARS!

We dispute all of your items at once. Nearly all credit repair companies charge an ongoing monthly fee even if they don’t delete a single item. They dispute only two or three items per month dragging your credit repair out for years to keep you paying. We don’t do that. Our Flat Rate Fee Eliminates those pesky monthly fees!

TIMELINE

Day 1

YOU GET STARTED! You made the choice to get on the right track and get your credit file in order. We are glad you’re here and we can’t wait to do all we can to help you reach your credit goals.

Day 2

WELCOME! Usually, you will get a call the day after you start your service with us from one of our Client Relation Advisors”. They will answer additional questions and let you know the next steps in your credit repair process.

Day 3

Hopefully by day three you will have provided us access to your credit monitoring account and our “Audit Advisors” will be combing through it line by line so we know exactly what steps to take in order to give you the best results possible.

Day 4

Usually by this point, your audit is complete and delivered to you… It is at this time that your Audit Fee will be charged. When your Audit fee clears, your file is sent to our processing team to begin the credit repair process.

Day 5

Usually around this time is when you will begin the deletion/Repair portion of our service. We will begin communicating with credit bureaus, creditors, even court houses in some cases. This will seem like it takes FOREVER! It’s usually a 30-40 day process. DON’T GIVE UP!

Days 6-43

This is where the real work happens… Bureaus are conducting investigations, creditors are checking info, and collection agencies are validating accounts. You will begin receiving responses from the different entities. We need copies of the mail you get. It allows us to move forward with your file.

Day 44

This is a BIG day… this is the time we review for changes on the report. We will know if the collection agencies or creditors have removed or repaired the items on which you chose for us to work. You will get a file review notice with a full breakdown of all deletions and repairs that we obtained for you. Review this information and keep it for your records.

Day 45

The day after you receive your review is the day we will re evaluate your credit file and determine the next steps in moving forward with your credit file. It’s a rinse and repeat process in our legal arguments as we fight on your behalf to get all your items deleted.
